Sofia Zhang

Hi! I’m Sofia Zhang, an Online Learning Fellow at the Teaching and Learning Lab (TLL) at Harvard Graduate School of Education. I’m passionate about designing learning experiences that bridge science, technology, and human development, helping people learn not just effectively, but meaningfully.

My academic background in psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and education has shaped my curiosity about how people learn, remember, and grow across different contexts. At TLL, I collaborate with faculty, designers, and media specialists to create interactive, inclusive, and research-informed digital learning environments.

I’m especially inspired by the power of design to make learning more equitable, emotionally engaging, and cognitively enriching. My long-term goal is to pursue a Ph.D. exploring how insights from the learning sciences can inform the next generation of educational design and technology.
