As an Online Learning Fellow at the Teaching and Learning Lab, I support the design and development of online and blended learning experiences that foster meaningful engagement across the HGSE community. I’m passionate about creating learning that is accessible, engaging, authentic, and worthwhile. Drawing on my background in both media and education, I design learning environments that tell compelling stories and empower learners to think critically and creatively.
Before joining HGSE, I worked as a broadcast journalist and TV presenter, and later as a teacher and head of the English department at an innovative high school in Beijing, China, where I led curriculum design and student-centered learning initiatives. Those experiences reinforced my belief in the power of empathy, curiosity, and thoughtful design to make learning human, meaningful, and joyful. I earned my master’s degree in Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where I continue exploring how technology and creativity can transform the way we learn and teach.
Outside of work, I love traveling and discovering new ideas with my young child, who constantly reminds me that curiosity is the spark behind learning.
