**The Challenge:** In the EDU L200AY core leadership seminar, students often grapple with complex leadership concepts and their practical implications, making it challenging to engage in meaningful discussions and develop actionable strategies.

**The AI Solution:** Liz City designed an in-class activity where students utilize AI to enhance their understanding of key leadership theories. During the seminar, students collaboratively prompt AI to generate case studies and hypothetical scenarios based on the leadership concepts discussed. For instance, they might ask for three different leadership approaches to a particular dilemma, encouraging them to think critically about real-world applications.

**What Made It Work:** This interactive approach empowers students to explore diverse perspectives while engaging deeply with the material. The AI-generated scenarios provide a rich backdrop for discussion, fostering an environment where students can analyze, critique, and apply leadership principles in a collaborative setting.

**Key Takeaway:** City’s use of AI in class not only enhances comprehension but also cultivates a dynamic space for students to practice collaborative problem-solving, preparing them for real-world leadership challenges.
