Open edX is an open-source version of the edX learning platform used by millions of students worldwide. HGSE has installed a version of Open edX as the online learning platform for a new online course based on Professor Bob Kegan’s Immunity to Change process.
Project Objectives The “Including Ourselves in the Change Equation” (IOCE) online course, based on the Immunity to Change process developed by Professors Bob Kegan and Lisa Lahey requires the use of a custom online tool to recreate the paper-based change diary map.
TLL Engagement The TLL contracted the installation and initial customization of the Open edX platform on HGSE virtual servers to support the IOCE course. We collaborated with Programs in Professional Education, the IOCE teaching team, Communications, and an external vendor to create a custom-designed learner experience that will be used for multiple iterations of the IOCE course.
